Adventure?
When you start a Pokémon game the local proffesor starts with
asking your gender, name and the name of your rival
(this stays the whole game. And he tells you very simple things.
Then you start off at home and your usually your mom talks to
you about you leaving and your off!
I don't know where to go!
If you don't know where to go don't panic just walk around
catch some pokémon, talk to people and eventually you'll get
through. But if you really don't where to go talk to everyone
at least one person has usefull information. And if you really
can't find what your looking for you can contact me.
I can't find a HM!
You usually get HMs from certain people in houses or in
warehouse from the bad guys (Team Rocket, Aqua, Magma, Galactic etc).
Someone/Something is blocking my way!
If you encounter an obstacle in your way you need to do something or get something
from someone to move that obstacle.
Example: In Viridian City you encounter a man that's grumpy because he didn't get his
coffee but if you go to the Pokémart and deliver Oak's Parcel he gets his coffee
and he shows you how to catch a Pokémon (and in Fire Red/Leaf Green he gives you a
teachy tv).
I can't beat a certain trainer!
This is simple, just walk around
him/her or if it's a boss or gym leader, go train get all of your pokemon on a neutral
level.
